DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - There's a long arrest record for the accused drunk-driver who will be charged in Monday night's wrong-way crash that killed former Dallas City Council member Carolyn Davis.

Davis' adult daughter, who was passenger in the car, remains on life support.

Now, Jonathon Moore is facing charges of intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault.

Records un-covered by NBC 5 show Moore has had at least six DWI's in the past 15 years.

He's been on probation for the most recent one and just last week, he was permitted to remove alcohol monitoring devices from both his ankle and his car.

Three days later, Davis was killed when an SUV driven by Moore veered across the center line and caused a head-on crash.
