FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - The so-called "Affluenza Mom" is out of jail.

Tonya Couch had been in jail since June, when she tested positive for methamphetamines.

In August, while not revoking her bond, Tarrant County criminal court judge Wayne Salvant declared her $75,000 bond to be insufficient.

Today, Couch was released on her original bond conditions, with the added condition that she not take any drugs of any kind, including over-the-counter medications and vitamins.

Couch is charged with hindering apprehension and money laundering in connection with fleeing to Mexico with her son, Ethan, in late 2015.

Her trial gets underway on November 12th.
