ALEDO (KRLD) - It's the most interesting chicken coop you'll ever see.

Trisha Ruiz /Whataburger

When Trisha Ruiz and her husband moved to the more rural setting of Aledo late last year, he sold the move with two promises: "You can have chickens...and I'll build you a Whataburger."

He followed through by building a white A-frame coop complete with the classic orange Whataburger paint scheme.  The new building was an instant hit for Trisha's new neighbors.

"They were extremely welcoming about it, everybody thought it was the coolest thing!" Ruiz said.

And the internet agrees.  Stories about the Whatacoop are going viral.

"I got recognized in Wal-Mart the other day," Ruiz laughed. "It's crazy!"

Trisha's family has around 15 chickens who live in the coop. Most of them are Silkies, a cute fluffy version of the birds, that lay smaller eggs.
