Arlington Private School Investigating Social Media Post Allegedly Sent By Administrator To Porn Star's Attorney

UPDATE (6:00 p.m.): The Oakridge School has suspended Butch Groves indefinitely, according to the Head of the School Jon Kellam. 

ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) - A private school in Tarrant County is reviewing the alleged actions of one of its administrators.

During the overnight hours, Butch Groves, the head of the upper school at the Oakridge School in Arlington, allegedly sent a two-sentence expletive-laced private message to high-profile attorney Michael Avenatti.

Avenatti, who is known for being the attorney of pornstar Stormy Daniels, posted a screenshot to his Twitter feed, saying he had never met him or communicated with him before.

Groves has since deleted his Twitter account.

On Oakridge's Facebook page, Head of School Jon Kellam wrote that the school has received negative attention and is looking into the matter.

Oakridge School is a pre-K-through-12 private school in Arlington.

Its enrollment is 722, 298 of whom attend the upper school, grades 9 through 12.

The upper school's annual tuition is $22,950.
