DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The Dallas woman who was granted custody of an 18 month old toddler that was found in a Rowlett landfill, has been arrested.

Little Cedric Jackson had been reported missing by his aunt Chrystal Jackson last week after she says he disappeared from her apartment.

Police arrested her boyfriend Sedrick Johnson after he told them that he swaddled the boy to keep him from moving around but that it caused him to stop breathing. After failed CPR attempts, he then placed the child's body in a northeast Dallas dumpster.

Now police have arrested Chrystal and have charged her with endangerment of a child criminal negligence. Her bond is $35,000 dollars.

CPS has already taken 6 children from her home. 4 were her boyfriends kids, 2 were hers. Its not known if the arrest is related to Cedric's case, or one of the other children.
