Bank Robber Taken Into Custody, FBI Investigating

FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Fort Worth and Benbrook police working with the FBI took a suspected bank robber into custody around 10 p.m. Friday at the Days Inn off of Southwest Loop 820.
The suspect held off officials for several hours and finally surrendered without incident and was taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
There were no hostages and no shots were fired. The FBI has not released the name of the suspect believed to have robbed banks in Irving, Southlake, and Fort Worth.
