FRISCO (1080 KRLD) - Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott will be getting his dog back, with conditions attached.

The dog was released into Prescott's care and the March 20th hearing cancelled after Prescott agreed to house the Pit Bull named Icon at the dogs personal veterinarian's home until a permanent location could be found.

The dog cannot return to the city of Frisco.

This comes after a woman saw two loose dogs fighting with her dog through a fence on February 25th. When the woman tried to stop the fight, police say she was bitten by Prescott's dog.

Police say the dogs escaped through an unsecured door when the quarterback was not home.

Icon was quarantined for 10 days following the incident, but then moved to an animal shelter until the court could decide what to do.

One of the options was for the dog to be euthanized
