DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A North Texas man has been indicted for killing two men and stuffing their bodies in a car trunk.

Dallas Park employees made the discovery in May, the bodies of 20-year old Jacob Collard and 28-year old Robert Diaz III were found stuffed in the trunk of a Cadillac near a park in West Dallas.

According to reports, the car had apparently been there for a while. The employees called police when they noticed a foul odor coming from the car.

Police say the victims had been shot and investigators think it could have been part of a bad drug deal.

Investigators used cell phone records from one of the victims to track down 37-year old Moises Martinez of Dallas, who has now been indicted for capital murder.

A second man was arrested but has not been indicted.
