DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Police have arrested two more people for a string of robberies outside people's homes since the end of November.

Dallas Police had been investigating nine robberies in Oak Cliff, near Fair Park and in Old East Dallas.

Police arrested three people after questioning Tuesday morning. One was charged with aggravated robbery. Police say another was driving a car stolen in one of the robberies, and the third was arrested on unrelated drug charges.

"Of course, it's ongoing, so we're trying to figure out who the other suspects responsible for these offenses are," says Deputy Chief Thomas Castro.

Tuesday afternoon, police say they brought two more people for questioning. One was then charged with four counts of aggravated robbery; the other was charged with two counts.

Dallas and Carrollton had been working together to see whether a robbery outside a home in Carrollton might be connected to the cases in Dallas.

Carrollton police now say detectives have compared notes and found no similarities in the way the robberies were carried out.
