DENTON (1080 KRLD) - A North Texas man was so intensely expressive in breaking up with his girlfriend, he landed in jail.

According to reports, 31-year-old James Moses was ready to be rid of his girlfriend. And her adult toys. And her clothes.

Police say they were called to the home where a woman claimed Moses had thrown a sex-toy at her. And police did find a red mark on her chest in the size and shape of the device. The woman also says Moses set a shirt on fire and threw it at her, took her phone, and slammed her to the ground.

Her brother's stuff got caught in the middle of the break-up when Moses broke the brother's tablet over his knee. To make sure everyone got the message, Moses finally threatened to burn the house down.

He's in the Denton County Jail on charges of assault, criminal mischief, and interference with an emergency call.
