DENTON (1080 KRLD) - If you've ever wanted to help folks fix their "plumber's butt," there's a company looking for you.

Doluth Trading, which is known for its cheeky television commercials, is opening a pair of retail stores in North Texas -- in Denton along I-35 just south of 380, and in Arlington on I-20 and Center Street.

And it needs employees at both locations -- lots of them.

From Wednesday through Saturday, Duluth Trading is holding a job fair at the Holiday Inn Express, 4485 N. I-35.

The hiring event for the Arlington location will be held April 18-21 at the Home2 Suites, 2123 W. I-20, Grand Prairie.

In both cases, the hours are 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Saturday.

District Manager Mead Bradley says the stores are being built from the ground up and will be quite big.

"The sales floor is going to be about 12,000 square feet. It'll house men's, women's, and our hard good products," says Bradley. "That includes tools, storage containers and some gadgets and games."

Duluth Trading started as an online retailer and has branched into brick-and-mortar in recent years.

Bradley says both have complemented one another very well.

"We've got website customers who really are dying to come in and see our retail locations," Bradley says. "So we found it to be a very complementary relationship between the different avenues of shopping with us."

Both stores are scheduled to open later this spring.
