FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Fort Worth Police are looking for a woman who went on a shopping spree with stolen credit cards.

Last month, a woman 30-40 years old, broke into cars parked at the Ridglea Country Club and stole purses and wallets.

"Obviously being in mid-July, it was hot weather, and it appears that the windows were opened one to two inches," says Ofc. Jimmy Pollozani.

And once the woman got a hold of the credit cards, she went shopping.

"The credit cards from the female suspect were used at various shopping locations throghout the Fort Worth area, totaling about $7000 worth of charges," says Ofc. Pollozani.

Pollozani says when parking in a public parking lot, people need to "take, lock or hide."

"We encourage people either to put their purses or their personal belongings in their trunk, lock the doors, lock the windows, or simply take it with them," Pollozani says.

If you know who this woman is or if you have any information, call Fort Worth Police at 817-392-4728.
