GARLAND (KRLD) - Garland police have a man in custody after he allegedly exposed himself inside a thrift store.

Lt. Pedro Barineau says 63-year-old Eduardo Rafael Rodriguez was arrested after he exposed himself to shoppers at around 3:30 Monday afternoon inside a store on West Miller Road.

"There was a subject inside a thrift store who was exposing himself to everyone in the main area," Lt. Barineau says.

Some of the victims include children, although Barineau says the Rodriguez was targeting everyone, not just children.

"What this person was doing was very blatant," says Lt. Barineau. "He was very aware of his surroundings and everyone in the store."

After detectives identified Rodriguez through social media, he turned himself in Wednesday.

He is charged with third-degree indecency with a child.

No bond has been set.
