GARLAND (1080 KRLD) - Police in Garland are trying to find the person who robbed a gas station last month.
The robbery happened at the Conoco store on South Garland Avenue on the evening of July 8th.
Police say the suspect went to the front counter as if he were going to make a purchase, but instead pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the cash register.
The suspect is described as an African-American male and was wearing an orange "Texas Longhorns" hoodie, blue jogging pants, white socks and Nike sandals.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes him or has information about the case to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 972-272-TIPS (8477) or the Garland Police Department at 972-485-4840.
