DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Garland police say a case of road rage, that ended with one man dead, will be sent to the grand jury.

33-year-old Francisco Pasillas was killed when a truck pulled up next to him and fired while the two were driving on Northwest Hwy and Saturn.

Police say the shooter came in voluntarily and gave them a statement.

The truck driver claimed Pasillas threw a glass bottle at his truck and smashed the window out...causing him to think he was being shot at. So he pulled a weapon and fired back, killing Pasillas.

The truck driver was not arrested and his case will move on to the grand jury.
