DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum has set up a memorial for former President George H.W. Bush. The library has set up guest books and pictures at its front entrance.

People from across the country have already signed the book. Two books are available to people at the front entrance; visitors do not need to pay admission to leave a note.

"You just look back, and the great work they did and the causes they're committed to just kind of rise to the top with their legacy," says one woman who signed the book this weekend.

People have left messages from as far away as New York and Virginia. One woman says she is a professor at NC State; she was visiting family in North Texas and decided to stop at the museum when George HW Bush passed away.

"It's nice to see all these things, the pictures of the presidents all together, the things they did together," she says. "It was just a different time."

She says she shows students a documentary about George W. Bush' first presidential campaign that was produced by Nancy Pelosi's daughter.

"I just thought it was awesome, you had a Democrat following around George W. Bush," she says. "It was a wonderful documentary, bipartisan. I used to show it to my students to say this is how it is. It doesn't matter what party you are."

The guest book will be available until George HW Bush' funeral. The library will then give the book to his family.
