House Cat Recovering From Screwdriver Attack

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Police in Pasadena, Texas are looking for the person who attacked a house cat named Tito with a screwdriver last month.

The owners of the cat were out of town, but the animal was being watched by a pet-sitter. The cat escaped from its owners' backyard on December 16th and returned an hour later with a screwdriver stuck in its head. The pet-sitter rushed the cat to a nearby animal hospital where he was treated.

Pasadena Police say Tito is now recovering with his owners at home. Investigators are trying to find the person responsible for the attack. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective L. Garcia at 713-475-7885.
