KELLER (1080 KRLD) - The family of a teenager shot and killed over the weekend says 350 people attended a vigil Tuesday night.

Chris Mosley, 16, was shot while he was at a house with two friends in Northlake Saturday night.

Mosley was shot in Northlake, but he lived in Keller and went to Timber Creek High School. He played on the football team, and his sister says their mother had recently passed away.

"I'm going to take this and just push it forward, make sure this never happens to anybody again," Jada Mosley says.

Northlake police say they are interviewing everyone who was at the house. They are still investigating and cannot confirm whether the shooting was accidental. The Northlake police chief says the shooting does not appear to be a suicide.

Mosley's funeral is scheduled Friday afternoon at Fellowship of the Parks church in Keller.
