DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The judge who is overseeing the murder trial of former Dallas Police officer Amber Guyger is angry that a copy of a 911 call was leaked.

The 911 recording was broadcast by a TV station at a time when there is a gag order to limit pretrial publicity.

The judge asked prosecutor Jason Hermus if his team knew who the leaker was.

The defense denied the leak and the judge warned that if the media broadcast any other evidence before the September trial she may toss cameras out of the courtroom.

Guyger is accused of shooting an innocent man in his apartment because Guyger was in the wrong apartment.

Guyger has said she went to the wrong apartment after she got off work and thought Jean was an intruder. Jean was in his own residence.
