LDS Church Youth Instructor Admits To Sexually Assaulting Four Children

McKinney (1080 KRLD) - A McKinney youth instructor is in jail Tuesday after admitting to sexually assaulting four children under the age of six.

Noel Anderson, 22, was arrested on March 23rd by McKinney police after he told detectives that he sexually assaulted the children between the ages of two and six-years-old. 

Authorities say Anderson was a primary instructor of children seven to eight-years-old at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 1020 N. Lake Forest Drive.

According to police, Anderson located his victims through church meetings and activities. 

Police are asking that parents of children who were in Anderson’s care talk with their child. If they believe any inappropriate contact was made by Anderson, they are urged to contact McKinney Police Detective U. Watson at 972-547-2729 or

Anderson is currently being held on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bond has been set at $100,000. 

The church denied comment to KRLD.
