DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A man has been arrested for posing as home health care or maintenance worker and smothering an elderly woman. Now he faces new charges in the deaths of 11 more.

Billy Chemirmir was already facing a capital murder charge for the death of a 91-year-old Dallas woman, who died in March of last year.

Wednesday, a Dallas County Grand Jury has handed down an additional six indictments of capital murder to go along with five from Collin County.

Court records show Chemirmir would take jewelry from the women's homes after smothering them with a pillow.

Following Chemirmir's original arrest, Dallas Police announced they would review 750 unattended death cases to look for similarities. Other department's did the same.

Chemirmir is also facing two counts of attempted capital murder in Collin County. The victims, one in Plano and another in Frisco, survived their attacks.
