MCKINNEY (1080 KRLD) - A daycare worker was arrested Monday after police said multiple infant children were injured in her care.

McKinney police arrested 44-year-old Jessica Wiese, she faces a charge of injury to a child.

Wiese is an employee of Joyous Montessori in McKinney, north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway. She was arrested after a two-month-old child suffered broken bones.

Officials believe there are additional children who have been injured in her care, and know of at least two other infant victims.

Police are in the process of contacting the parents of children Wiese cared for between May 2016 and December 2018.

Wiese is being held in the Collin County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
