Mesquite Police Investigating Robberies Targeting Hispanic Community

MESQUITE (1080 KRLD) - Mesquite Police are asking for help in identifying four robbery suspects that have been targeting members of the Hispanic community.

According to Mesquite Police, four male suspects are being sough in connection with a string of robberies at local apartment complexes.

Police say the four suspects, described as black males between 15 and 22 years old, appear to be targeting members of the Hispanic community.  Five out of seven of these robberies took place on weekends. In each of these cases, the victim was either walking to or from their apartment. 

Video surveillance captured images of the alleged suspects using a victim's credit card at a Balch Springs 7-11. Three of the suspects have short black hair and the fourth has slightly longer black hair.  

In most of the cases, the suspects are seen leaving in a white two-door car, possibly a honda or similar small car.
