DALLAS (KRLD) - The Abilene city manager says the order goes into effect at noon tomorrow. It continues until April 14th.

The order requires residents to stay in their homes except for essential activities.

Due to the close personal nature of certain services, places like hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, movie theaters, and gyms have to be closed for the duration of the order.
