DALLAS (KRLD) - Cecily Aguilar is charged with one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence. U.S. Army Specialist Aaron Robinson is accused of killing Vanessa Guillen.

The Army says Robinson committed suicide. Aguilar is Robinson’s estranged wife.

The affidavit indicates Robinson killed Guillen by hitting her head with a hammer on April 22nd and that Aguilar was involved in disposing of the body.

Human remains in Bell County have not yet been identified. Guillen's family says she was sexually harassed at Fort Hood. The Army has opened another investigation into this.
