DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban believes the Coronaivirus outbreak may lead to a change for the better, in his view, in how American businesses treat their workers.

Appearing yesterday on the business network CNBC, Cuban says he believe executives are learning they need to be more compassionate and put employees first.

Immediately after the NBA suspended operations because of the virus, Cuban said hourly workers at American Airlines Center would be paid for the remaining games on the Mavericks' home schedule.
