DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Some NBA teams are authorized to begin limited practices tomorrow but the Mavs won't.

Last week, the league set May 8th as the target date for teams to re-open practice facilities for limited workouts as long as they're in states -- like Texas -- that are loosening their stay-home orders.

But Mark Cuban says he's not ready to bring the players back.

Speaking on the podcast "77 Minutes in Heaven" Cuban said the main problem is the lack of testing and without that the team cannot be sure of anybody's safety.
