GARLAND (1080 KRLD) - Garland police will let a Dallas County grand jury decide whether a fatal road rage dispute was justified.

The driver of one car killed 33-year old Francisco Pasillas of Dallas yesterday afternoon.

Police say the two men had been driving along Northwest Drive when the gunmen opened fire.

That man later turned himself in. Police released him after four hours of questioning.

It typically takes several weeks to a couple months for a grand jury to get the case.
