Former White House Physician Wins GOP Nod To Run For The 13th Congressional District Seat

In the Panhandle, retired Admiral, Doctor Ronny Jackson, President Trump's former White House physician, has won the Republican nomination to run for the open 13th Congressional District held by retiring Republican Congressman Mac Thornberry.  

Jackson beat Josh Winegarner by more than ten points.

The 13th encompasses all or parts of more than two dozen counties including Wise, Cooke and Montague.
