FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A man who allegedly shot his neighbor to death in Fort Worth earlier this year is indicted for murder.

In March, Mark Jabben, 46, allegedly shot his neighbor, Kevin Battle, 57, during an argument at their duplex on John T. White Rd.

At the time, Fort Worth Police said evidence collected at the scene indicated that Jabben acted out of self-defense.

However, a Tarrant County grand jury felt otherwise and indicted Jabben for murder.

In an unrelated case, Jabben is also indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the shooting of his girlfriend weeks later

The Tarrant County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for Jabben.
