DALLAS (KRLD) - Actress Tiani Warden, known for appearing in some movies with her ex-husband Gary Busey, including The Chain, The Rage and Plato's Run, has died.

On Nov. 3, Quinlan police got a call about an unconscious woman on the side of Main street. An ambulance was called and Warden was coherent enough to refuse medical treatment. She was arrested for public intoxication and booked into the Hunt County jail.

After her arraignment the following day, she was found unresponsive in her cell at around 2:30 p.m.She was given CPR and was pronounced dead after she arrived at the hospital.

Hunt County Sherrif's Office Sgt. Jeff Haynes said there had been a rumor in the jail as to who she was.

"It's not our duty to pull marriage licenses to determine who people were married to in the past."

Warden was 52.  Haynes says "the manner of death as ruled by the coroner was listed as an accident. Based on the history and autopsy finding, she died as a result of the toxic effects of cocaine."

He says the Greenville resident was searched for any type of contraband when she was processed into the jail, and nothing was located on her person.
