Intoxication manslaughter indictments have been returned against a Grand Prairie man accused of killing three people in a crash Memorial Day weekend.

23-year old Jose Arroyo now stands indicted for three counts of intoxication manslaughter and one count of intoxication assault for the Memorial Day Weekend wreck.

It happened at the intersection of North Hampton and Singleton.

Police say Arroyo was speeding and blew through a red light striking a car driven by 47-year old Ernesto DeLeon. He and his two daughter were killed, another woman in the car was injured.

The impact was so strong that DeLeon's car was sent spinning and hit two other cars.

Arroyo is a repeat DWI offender. He was convicted last year on a DWI charge in Dallas County.
