FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A judge in Fort Worth decided to extend a temporary restraining order against Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, which means the hospital cannot remove a 10 month old girl from life support.

The hospital says it will, of course, continue to care for Tinslee Lewis, who has a heart defect, but is concerned she is suffering.

A doctor testified during the hearing it's unethical to continue treatments and the baby is in pain.

The girl's mother disagrees, and says she plans to keep fighting for Tinslee's life.

The judge extended the temporary restraining order until January 2nd.
