DALLAS (KRLD) - Jury selection is set to begin tomorrow in the capital murder trial of a former Cedar Hill Permenter Middle school science teacher.

Cary Heath, 35, is accused of killing two men in October of 2016 at a small Halloween party at a neighbor's house on Buffalo Springs in South Fort Worth.

Minutes after leaving the party, police say he went back and shot two neighbors.

Daniel Haros and Philip Evans were both shot several times and suffered head trauma from the butt of a rifle, an arrest affidavit says.

One was found in front of the party house, while the other was in a yard a few houses away. The motive has never been disclosed.

If convicted, Heath faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
