FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - With tickets now on sale for the 2020 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, people who live near the new Dickies Arena are not looking forward to the crowded parking conditions.

In the few weeks the arena has been open, neighbors have been frustrated with the many cars parking on their residential streets. And with nearly a million people expected during the Stock Show's 23-day run, they worry that an ambulance or fire truck could not get through to their neighborhood due to the traffic.

Dickies has ample parking, but at a cost of $20 or $25 a car. So, many drivers park in the adjacent neighborhood even  thought that is supposed to limited to people who live there.

They also contend with Uber and Lyft drivers who loiter in front of their homes waiting for a customer.
