DALLAS (KRLD) - The Bexar County Sheriff's office says they found out about this Sunday night. They say it appears to be a "possible community transmission" case.

Investigators say the deputy was never in contact with inmates or other detention deputies.

However, the deputy was around several classmates leading up to graduation. They've been placed on leave.

Three Bexar County Sheriff's office employees have tested positive for COVID-19. Investigators say no inmates in their custody have tested positive for the virus.
