ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) - A southwest Arlington home has been gutted by fire overnight.

The 911 calls came in just past midnight, sending fire crews to a two-story home on Oak Hollow Drive near Highway 287 and Turner Warnell.

The flames were raging through the roof when firefighters arrived and it was such an inferno that commanders would not even let the firefighters inside, choosing to douse the flames with water from the outside only.

No injuries have been reported but the home looks like a total loss.
