As the restaurants roll back today, one is temporarily closing. Bob’s Steak and Chop House. They are closing the Lemmon Avenue restaurant through July 6. Founder Bob Sambol says this is a proactive way to sanitize the restaurant and get employees tested.

He says his employees have been stressed out due to the increase in cases.

Sambol is hoping the governor will come out with a mask policy that applies to all restaurants instead of leaving it up to local municipalities.
