TWU Starts $1 Million Grant Program for Women’s Businesses Hurt by COVID-19

DALLAS (KRLD) - Texas Woman's University has announced a $1 million grant program to help women-owned small businesses hurt by the COVID-19 outbreak get back on their feet.  

The Center for Women Entrepreneurs at TWU is launching the AssistHER program, which will provide 100 $10,000 grants to small businesses in Texas owned by women.  

Funds can be used for operating expenses, technology upgrades or help adapting a new business model.
