ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) - A mental health facility in Arlington has been named in a 9 count indictment for keeping patients against their will.

One of the alleged victims says that she was kept at Sundance Behavioral Health Hospital involuntarily and was administered shots by doctors despite only needing a refill of medication. The victim also said that she did not know what doctors were injecting into her body and was told she could not leave.

Officials with Sundance Behavioral Health Hospital call the charges unprescedented and has vowed to vigorously fight them. It is unclear whether the case will go to trial.
