ARLINGTON (1080 KRLD) - Arlington Police say one man was killed in a deadly shooting in a neighborhood in south Arlington on Monday.

Police were called to a home on Rosarita Road on Monday afternoon and found a man lying in the driveway with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital but died from his injuries.

Investigators are going through the neighborhood looking for any possible witnesses or security camera video.

Investigators believe the victim did live at the home where he was found, but they have not yet released his identity as they work to notify his relatives. They're asking anyone with information about the case to contact the Tarrant County Crime Stoppers Hotline at 817-469-TIPS.

This was the third homicide case in Arlington in a 24-hour period.

On Sunday night, one person was shot and killed at an apartment complex on Indian Creek Drive.

Investigators say that case appears to have stemmed from a domestic disturbance. A suspect has been taken into custody.

There was a second shooting Sunday night outside a bar on Park Row Drive. Police do not believe the cases are related.
