Police: Suspects Accused Of Robbing DISD Students Arrested

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Two suspects have been arrested in connection with several robberies of Dallas school students. 

Dallas police confirm to KRLD that they have made an arrest in the robberies targeting Dallas ISD students.

Police say 18-year-old Christopher Wade and 17-year-old Roshun Dixon were taken into custody Thursday evening. 

Dixon and Wade were positively identified as suspects in these offenses by complainants and witnesses, according to Dallas Police. 

The robberies happened at Kimball High School, Rosevelt High School, Zan Holmes Middle School and Stockard Middle School. 

Students have reported they were held at gunpoint and robbed of their cell phones.

Police have been ramping up security in the genral area since those robberies have occured.
