Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez says 18-year-old Bayron Rivera is charged with four counts of aggravated assault in the Fourth of July shooting.

He is accused of shooting at a truck. Two small children were severely burned. Their parents were also burned.

Sheriff Gonzalez says it's after Rivera and the other driver got into an argument. He says Rivera opened fire and ignited fireworks inside the truck.

Gonzalez says, "Investigators did recover a weapon. It's an AR-15. That is consistent with evidence we found at the scene as well."

He says some good Samaritans pulled the family out of the burning truck.
