GARLAND (KRLD) - Three men have been indicted on capital murder charges in the shooting death of a convenience store owner in January.

31-year-old Tristan Bowles, 23-year-old Darrell Nash and his 19-year-old cousin Chavez Nash are accused of gunning down 35-year-old Manish Panday at his store in Garland.

Officers were called to a robbery at the convenience store at Broadway and Oates in Garland on January 21.

Police say Panday put up a fight and was then shot and killed.

Authorities say surveillance video shows the Nash brothers enter the store and kill Panday.

Darrell Nash was wounded in the shooting and was arrested at Baylor University Medical Center.
