FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Two kids and two adults were shot Sunday afternoon at a convenience store in East Fort Worth.

Fort Worth Police say someone stopped outside Smokey's Paradise Food Mart around 5:30 Sunday afternoon. They say that person shot and injured two adults and two kids.

The children are both three years old. MedStar, the ambulance provider in Fort Worth, says both went to Cook Children's Medical Center.

Both kids should be okay. One was shot in the leg; the other was hit in the arm. The two adults were taken to JPS. MedStar says the adults are 19 and 20 years old. They were both shot in the leg and should recover.

Police have not confirmed a motive for the shooting or made any arrests.

They say the shooter is an African American man who was wearing a gray shirt. Police say the gunman drove off in a silver Nissan Altima, headed west on Rosedale.
