Hot, Breezy And Dry Through The Weekend

Near normal temperatures (96 degrees) have been felt across DFW the past couple of days. More of the same expected for your weekend, with Sunday being the only day we may flirt with 100 degrees.

Monday isthe day I know all of us are looking forward to. A rare late July cold front brings cooler temperatures and a chance of scattered storms! Not all of will see rain, but at least there's a chance. If the front arrives before noon, rain chances are slim. If it arrives in the late afternoon, chances are greater.

Cooler/drier air will slowly ooze into the area on Tuesday. High temperatures will be 8 to 10 degrees below normal. Low temperatures will be as well! Some areas will drop into the LOW 60s!

A slow warm up takes shape into next weekend.
