No change in TS Barry as of 7:00am CDT Friday. Little or no chance of Barry's wind increasing to Hurricane strength (+74mph). Flooding possible east of I-55 and south of I-20. in LA and MS.

Very little strengthening is forecast before landfall tomorrow - mid morning. Threats: HEAVY rain 10"-18" in the boot of Louisiana (east of I-55) and areas south of I-20 in Mississippi. Barry will have little or no impacts on north Texas. Unless it tracks farther west towards the TX/LA border.
