30 degrees colder this morning than it was at 3pm yesterday...72 degrees was our high!

A cold front cruised through north Texas late yesterday evening. Low clouds and patchy drizzle have selected into all of north Texas this morning. Gusty northerly wind combined with temperatures in the 30s have dropped wind chills into the upper 20s! Bundle up!

Temperatures will remain below normal through Wednesday before a slow warming trend begins on Wednesday. By this weekend, readings will warm back into the 60s, with no rain or snow in our forecast for at least the next 10 days!

Our weather trend (8-14 days away) looks to be warmer than normal with precipitation hard to come by.

7-day Headlines:

  • Patchy drizzle this morning. Colder temps!
  • Wind chills near freezing this morning.
  • Clouds through most of the day.
  • Hard freeze tonight and Wednesday morning.
  • Slow warm up starts Wednesday.
  • Next rain chance…over 9 days away!
