Welcome to fall ladies and gents, but it’s not going to feel like it through the end of the month. Above normal temperatures and below normal rainfall will be your weather story.

Our best chance of rain will be today, especially NW of a Greenville to Richardson to Hurst to Weatherford line. Slight chance southeast of this line. One or two storms could be strong with lightning and heavy rain. Storms will wane after sunset.

The rest of the week looks hot and mainly dry. Temperatures will remain above normal through the weekend. Rain chances will slight tomorrow (north of hwy 380) and slight this weekend.
