Marijuana has been legalized in 11 states, and it's legal in dozens of other states for medicinal purposes. The state of Ohio may stretch the boundaries of what's "medicinal" soon.

The State Medical Board there is taking a serious look at a petition that came into its office.

It asks for the state to let Cleveland Browns or Cincinnati Bengals fans qualify for medical marijuana. The reason: both of those pro football teams have been so terrible for so long, it's caused the state of Ohio to fall into depression.

The Board says the submitter followed all the proper protocols, including proving scientific evidence and expert it will consider the proposal at its next meeting in a month.

The board could vote on it this summer.
